Pricing, answered
- Can one person use Origentra?
- Yes. Plans are priced per organisation, not per seat, so a founder or a one-person compliance team can start on Starter and invite colleagues and suppliers' contacts later, within the plan's member limit.
- What counts as a product?
- A product is one item in your catalogue, such as a model or SKU family you publish a passport for. Batches, material lots, suppliers, facilities, events and evidence are not counted, and archived products still count until the plan's limit is raised.
- Are passport views or QR scans limited?
- No. Public passport pages and QR scans are unlimited on every plan, so a successful product never costs more because customers check it.
- How is Origentra billed?
- By invoice, annually or monthly, in euro and before VAT. Annual billing costs the same as ten months. Enterprise is an annual contract priced on your product volume and requirements.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes. We set up your organisation on a 30-day trial of Growth with no payment details. If you do not subscribe, it becomes read-only: nothing is deleted and every record, passport and export stays available.
- Does a plan make my products compliant?
- No software can do that by itself. Origentra records provenance, evidence and verification states and publishes the passport you curate. Whether your products meet a regulation depends on your data and your obligations.
